The Western Underwater Research wish list:

As a voluntary and non–profit making organisation, Western Underwater Research is very grateful for any assistance or donations to help support their work. Although sponsorship and grant funding meet most requirements there are still shortfalls with the general running and administration costs. Please take time to look below at the Research Team’s wish list – you might be able to help.

New Zealand donations – wanted immediately:

Petrol vouchers.

Warehouse or Whitcoulls stationery vouchers.

Scuba equipment – BCD’s (any size), regulators and gauges.

Dive masks (any size) – to send overseas to support ‘Project Seahorse’ conservation programs.

Life jackets (medium and large sizes).

UHF marine radio (splash proof handheld).

Underwater camera equipment (digital still and video).

6M inflatable boat would be nice.
